The Partnership
"Mosiacs of inclusion: disabled people and volunteers learning together" derives from an idea of the German partner, Diakonisches Werk Bremen e.V., shared and discussed with the other partners, choosen within its network, during a Preliminary Meeting in Bremen in January 2013. During this meeting the proposal, its objectives, aims, strategy and activities where agreed. The Italian partner, Associazione Uniamoci Onlus, completed and revised the content of the application form as Coordinator of the project.

The partner organizations
