BARRIER-FREE streets, entrances, trains and train stations, toilets, supermarkets, swimming pools
HAPPINESS: more acceptance for disabled persons, fair payment for work
Newspaper in easy language; indipendent living conditions; savings should not be confiscated by the welfare office; access to internet in living institutions.
HELPFUL TOOLS given without problems by the welfare office and insurances (stair lift, tools for reading, door opener etc.)
Missing pieces in Romania
Living appartments; open mindedness; respect; support to the families of people with sisability.
Missing pieces in Italy
More sensibility, respect and openmindedness by people; cultural change oriented to the achievement of a real equality anf freedom and based on love and peace; at the same time people with disability should have more couradge and resolution but also trust in themselves and in their abilities.
Missing pieces in Poland
Peace, love, partnerships, community, cooperation, trust, empathy.
The project final product:
The birthday calendar with images about the mosaics created during the project, some mosaics and place of artistic interest in the cities of the partner organizations.
It was used as dissemination tool by the partner organizations who printed it and delivereed it to their members and to local people during some pubblic events.
